Floe brings to ICTSI a diverse background on shipping and terminal business with an extended experience in portfolio management including establishing and operating container terminals and ports throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Prior to joining ICTSI, he was the country representative and chief executive officer for A.P. Moller-Maersk in Angola. He was also the chief executive officer of the Suez Canal Container Terminal from 2007- 2010 in Egypt.
Floe is an Executive MBA holder from IMD Switzerland. He also completed management and leadership courses at the Wharton School in the University of Pennsylvania in the United States and INSEAD Business School in France. On the other hand, Dr. Passaro brings to AGCT over 25 years of experience in port management, shipping and logistics. He previously worked for multinational companies in 13 different countries such as ICT Pvt. Ltd., Haskoning Nederland, Liscont, Eurokai / Eurogate, Hutchison Port Holdings, and Dragados SPL. His adaptability to different cultures was key to the successful implementation of green field operations and development of small terminals.
Born in Uruguay of Italian parentage and a Dutch citizen for many years, Dr. Passaro graduated from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, and also studied at the New Yorker International University.
Dr. Passaro is fluent in several languages. He forms and boosts his teams by teaching, delegating responsibilities and trust, giving information and asking for the participation of all in order to integrate them into the team’s objectives.
