BPA contracts with TSB for its Port Community System

A few other Korean companies are joining in the project as the consortium members. With expectations of considerable increase in the container cargo volume, which could lead to the increase of traffic at logistics supply chain, BPA already gets a stride to strengthen the international competitiveness of the Busan Port, the world?s 5th busiest container port and achieving over 14,000,000TEUs, as the leading mega hub port of Northeast Asia and international trans-shipment port. As parts of these efforts, BPA plans to establish „BPA-NET,? a ubiquitous port community system designed to increase the efficiency of port operation, improve the service quality by next generation ubiquitous system and create value added service across the maritime industry. TSB is selected as a major software and relevant service provider of this PCS with its proven expertise and experience in the world.
