(ICTSI) is currently building a Specialized Container Terminal-2 in the Port of Manzanillo in Mexico. In his remarks, Ambassador Reyes expressed excitement and pride on the investments made by a Philippine company in a foreign country. He also announced the intention to open an Honorary Philippine Consulate in Manzanillo. During the visit, Ambassador Reyes went to the Administrative Office of CMSA, and listened to a brief presentation on the terminal project by Enrique Gutierrez, CMSA Legal Representative and Chief Financial Officer. He also visited the Port of Administrator of Manzanillo, and toured the port facilities. Enrique Michel, former Mexican Ambassador to the Philippines, arranged the visit.
