The paper will be given by Allan Jones, Head of Business Development, and will discuss innovative new ways to manage real time safety KPIs and alerts to identify ways in which terminals can be truly proactive, and not reactive to accidents. “Safety is uppermost in the minds of all terminal operators” says Allan Jones. “Prevention is key and we have been developing new ways to understand where the risks are highest; to identify issues operators may not have even realised they had!”
