Yoder has more than 20 years of engineering management and technical expertise in web technologies, networking, security, simulation, high-performance computing and video gaming. Prior to Moffatt & Nichol, Mr. Yoder owned his own consulting firm where he provided business strategy consulting, architecture and hands-on coding for security, call center, social media and high performance computing clients. Mr. Yoder was also the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of US Networx, which provided network protocol analyzers and other PC-based tools and he was the originator of The Norton AntiVirus at Peter Norton Computing. He was also the Chief Architect at
EarthLink.

Mr. Yoder obtained his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Central Michigan University. He is a member of the Los Angeles CTO Forum, a technical advisor for the investment network Tech Coast Angels, and serves on the boards of advisors of several technology startups.
