Upgrading to Navis Sparcs N4, from an in-house operating system, will help Basra Gateway Terminal achieve key operational goals by enhancing customer experience and at the same time increasing terminal productivity by managing resources in a more efficient way while improving the safety of employees.
This is an important milestone in BGT’s rapid growth as it ensures optimization and improvement of the overall effectiveness to support future growth. It also underscores BGT’s commitment to a global gold standard terminal operating system for their customers.

The implementation of Navis Sparcs N4 TOS was solely managed on site by internal resources from International Container Terminal Services, Inc. in the EME region. Their hard efforts ensured excellent support in providing on-site implementation, training and go-live back up on time and within budget.
