According to Bedeschi the region contains a large reserve of good quality raw material hence the plant capacity production will reach 2 million tonnes a year.
The contract include:
– One crushing group for limestone with a capacity up to 850 t/h.
– A limestone circular storage (stacking capacity 850 t/h – reclaiming capacity 350 t/h)
– One clay crushing group with an apron feeder and a Bedeschi double roller crusher, suitable to crush sticky and moist material (capacity 300 t/h)
– A stacking and reclaiming system for raw material additives (clay, iron ore, silica) made up of a luffing stacker with a capacity of 300 t/h and a bucket reclaimer with a capacity of 200 t/h.
– A stacking and reclaiming system for coal with a luffing and travelling stacker (capacity 200 t/h) and a side type scraper reclaimer (capacity 100 t/h).
The supply also include all connecting belt conveyors, including a long one that connects the quarry to the cement plant, and all the filters for the conveyors de-dusting.
