Allan has extensive experience in the Maritime and logistics technology sector, backed up by a successful track record in previous senior roles working with an international base of maritime customers.
“Having worked with Allan on previous high profile projects, we have first-hand experience of his capabilities. His approach and integrity in the way he works with customers is completely in tune with the way we work at ITS and makes him a natural for this important new role” said Richard Lambert, Managing Director, ITS.
In taking up this role Allan comments ” I am joining ITS at an exciting time with the planned release of the next generation of the E-SMART asset management system and the next generation Truck ID project going into its final stage of site beta testing. The Truck ID project has been developed to provide an industry leading RFID automated truck identification system in terms of both technology and return on investment (ROI)”. Allan went on to say “In previous roles I partnered with ITS in a number of successful customer projects. They were always highly innovative in their approach and great at delivering the goods. I am delighted to be working as a key part of the ITS team and look forward to helping them grow their customer base.”
Allan joins ITS as their preparations are underway to take part in Multimodal and TOC Europe during May and June this year and looks forward to meeting customers at two of the premier events for marine and logistics businesses.
